At Alejandro Law Firm, we are Lawyers in Madrid. The law firm was established in 2009 with the aim of providing an affordable first-class service in a wide range of practice areas to both companies and individuals in the process of investing or settling in Spain, and also to those who are currently residing or settled here.
Originally with offices in Fuengirola and Malaga, the firm moved to Madrid in 2014, where our team continues to offer legal advice encouraged by Our Goals. At Alejandro Law Firm, we provide legal services in the following areas of practice:

Alejandro Montero Ferrari
Alejandro has been qualified as a Spanish Solicitor (Abogado) for over 20 years and is a member of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Madrid and the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Alcalá de Henares. He is a highly experienced Abogado and takes a practical approach to problem solving.
Alejandro has a broad range of experience within Spanish law and can advise on a wide range of different subjects including criminal law, family law (divorces, custody battles etc.), property (conveyancing), litigation (including debt recovery) and probate (inheritances). His doctorate is in criminal law.
He worked as a lawyer for various international law firms, before he established Alejandro Law Firm SOLICITORS .
Santiago Nicolas Martinez
Mr. Santiago Nicolas Martinez has a Masters Degree in Law and since 1999 has been a member of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Madrid.
Santiago specialises in providing legal services to foreign investors, as well as in the realisation of development projects in the territory of Madrid.
Santiago provides these legal services in English,Spanish languages.
Santiago’s main area of practice are:- Conveyance services – complete legal support in the process of real estate property investments in Spanish.
